Okay, holiday “bulking” is over and time to get back to work! lol The last photo is from Friday, 70 pounds down and before all the holiday food fun started. I was/am making some nice progress from Crossfit and running. The first picture was when I was about 15 pounds down from my heaviest weight, the second was after losing around 50 pounds. Went from a size 16 to a size 2. I still have a lot of fitness goals I want to accomplish, but i’m getting there!

This is me at my highest weight 205lbs, this is 2 months before I decided to make the change, this is the most "before" picture I have.
I’m 17, Emily, and I ran, lifted, and ate my way to where I am today. It took me 5/6 months to lose 60lbs.

Current Weight Lost: 64lbs
I have made the choice to do my first 5k, 10k, and half marathon this summer! In that order of course, I’m so proud of what I’ve accomplished since this time last year, I would of never imagined I would make the change but I did.
